Terms of Service

Effective 14 October 2026

The short version

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and AURRAY STUDIO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17524739), registered office Flat 20 Florence Mansions, Vivian Avenue, London, NW4 3UY ("Aurray Studio", "we", "us"). By creating an account (with email or with Google) or using Aurray, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Aurray. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. What Aurray does

  • Studio: makes videos and pictures with AI, which you can then edit yourself.
  • My Business: reads your website, plans a week of social media posts, makes them, and posts the ones you approve to the accounts you connect.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate details and keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
  • If you think someone else has used your account, email support@aurray.co.uk straight away.

4. Plans, payments and credits

  • There is a free plan and paid plans. Prices and what each plan includes are on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are charged monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
  • AI features use credits. Your plan's monthly credits don't roll over to the next month. Credit packs you buy separately are added to your balance.
  • We don't give refunds for part of a month, except where the law requires it.
  • Stripe handles payments. We never see your full card number.
  • If our prices change, we'll tell you before the change applies to you.

5. Your content

  • You own what you upload and what you make with Aurray.
  • You let us store and process it only to run Aurray for you, for example to make your posts or render a video. We don't sell it.
  • Only give us content you have the right to use, including your website's text and photos and anything you upload.

6. AI-made content

AI can get things wrong: a price, a fact, a spelling or a picture. Always check posts, videos and pictures before you approve or share them. Don't use Aurray to mislead people or to pretend to be someone else.

7. Posting to your social media

  • You choose which accounts to connect: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or X.
  • We post only what you have approved, at the time it's scheduled. Nothing is posted without your approval.
  • You can disconnect an account at any time in My Business → Accounts. We then stop posting to it.
  • Each platform has its own rules, and you must follow them. You're responsible for what you approve and post.
  • YouTube: Aurray uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy.

8. What's not allowed

Please don't:

  • use Aurray for anything illegal, or for content that is hateful, harassing or harmful;
  • post content that copies someone else's work, or that you don't have the rights to;
  • send spam, scams, false claims or malware;
  • try to break, copy, scrape or overload Aurray, or get around credit limits;
  • resell Aurray as your own product without our written permission.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Aurray and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever stop a feature, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.

10. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Aurray running well, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or give the results you hoped for.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits what the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for death or injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Aurray grows. For a big change, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Aurray after that, you accept the new terms.

12. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts handle any disputes.
